I had the pleasure of working with Navid on a couple of occasions. He is one of those rare artists who has the ability to build a universe and develop a story ground up. I'm especially a fan of his dynamic frames and action sequences. Navid is a humble, passionate, extremely hardworking artist who is wonderful to work with. I hope to continue working with him in the future.

about the brand
Conception: Bangladeshi-born Canadian artist Navid F Rahman founded ARTWHEEL BY NFR in 2018, shortly after settling down in Toronto with his family. A practicing artist for life, Navid's passion towards illustrations and storytelling led to some small commission projects for individuals as well as agencies. As such, Navid decided to bring all his projects under a single umbrella; thus ARTWHEEL BY NFR was born.
Concentration: ARTWHEEL BY NFR concentrates primarily on concept-writing and world-building for original stories and graphic novels, while its doors are open to commissions for concept art, portraits, logo designs, website designs and animated shorts.
Breakthroughs: Two major breakthroughs for Artwheel came from 2019 through 2020 when Navid was called on to work on a trailer for the upcoming animated film Surviving 71 by VFX artist Wahid Ibn Reza, and then to direct and produce the official logo and a fully animated music video for Canadian metal band Sector 2.0. The latest milestone was achieved when Artwheel's flagship project "Havenfall" obtained its official copyright in April 2021.
Expansion: In early 2020, Navid was joined by fellow concept-writer Fahim M M Abir (based) in Dhaka, Bangladesh) to co-author the graphic novel "HAVENFALL", originally titled "Fade". ARTWHEEL BY NFR was branded with a new logo on December 17, 2020.
